Because this corporate website serves purely informational purposes, we collect minimal data:
- Voluntary Correspondence: Email inquiries sent to support@getarmitage.com are used solely to respond to your communication.
- Free AI Visibility Check: When you run a check at getarmitage.com/ai-visibility/, we store your website address and the results, along with a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address that we use only to prevent abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that requests come from a person. If you request the free report, we also store your name, email, business name, service and city. To prepare the report, the service and city you enter are sent as questions to AI assistants (ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews) through our data provider, DataForSEO. To score your website, the text of your homepage is also sent to Anthropic's Claude AI model, and a screenshot of your homepage is taken using Cloudflare. Reports are stored on Cloudflare and emailed through our email provider, Resend, and a copy of your details is kept in our Google Sheets lead list. We use your details to send your report and may follow up about it. We don't sell them. You can ask us to delete them by emailing support@getarmitage.com.
- Log & Technical Data: Basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and page requests) are stored standardly for web security and operational monitoring.
- Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website, including which websites and AI assistants refer them. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type. See how Google uses this data.

This website links to product destinations, including Get Rent Ready (getrentready.app) and Get Simple Scheduling (getsimplescheduling.com). These external platforms maintain separate privacy policies governing user account creation and usage once launched.
